Look for novelty. If you find yourself bored in a meeting, try – really try – to find something interesting about the topic or meeting leader droning on. Train your brain to look for novelty in seemingly normal things, and you’ll essentially broaden your attention span, or at least have better control over it.
Let me share you some 5 easy steps to complete your meetings:
- Be a Good listener
- Engage your self in the discussion
- Proper body language while talking
- Never miss any points, list out it
- Come with your new outstanding ideas
If all the above are in check and you are still having a hard time concentrating in those meetings, you might actually want to consider another line of work.
